So here it goes, I’m from Los Angeles, we drove our RV to Elkhart Indiana, we were camping at Elkhart Campground until our custom trailer was ready. Well we had to run alot of Errons so we had to use the RV because that was our only transportation, what a hassle opening and closing RV just to do errons. In 2016 I purchased a Ram 1500. Worked with Fred. Best customer service you could ask for. He told me if anything ever happened to my truck and it needed service, to call him and he would come get it and resolve it and bring it back. Approx 2 months later, I had an engine light. Sure enough, he kept his word. I told co workers about this experience and they also purchased a car from Fred. In NOV 2017, I purchased a 2018 Durnago from Fred. And again, best service you could ask for. I can honestly say, there is no way this type of customer service can be matched by any other dealer around.
